Free Range Chickens!
Because we raise our chicken with lots of grass, local grains and fresh water, they are fresh, tender and delicious. Many of our customers order them for all of their summer gatherings by picking them up at our farm or their local farmer's market.

Our birds are Hubbard White-Mountain Broilers. This breed is referred to as 'cornish-cross' and is fully capable of reaching a weight of 4 pounds in 6-7 weeks. We give them an extra week or 2 to reach approx 4-6 lbs.
