About Turk Farms Dave Turk has been farming ever since he moved to the rolling hills between Hartland and Fenton, Michigan. It began as an avocation but has evolved into a full-time career raising free range birds and livestock and growing superb produce naturally. He has been actively involved in the Rangers 4H program throughout the years of raising children on the farm. Chicken, pigs, lambs and rabbits are his primary focus, but he also raises other things like goats, ducks for variety as well as special orders. Going to Market Dave and his wife, Marlene, have become vendors at several regional farmer's markets over the years. They bring a freezer full of their vacuum packed meats along with in-season fruits and vegetables. Stop by their booth at the Brighton, Fowlerville or Flint markets and introduce yourself!
